WHAT’S IN SCOPE FOR SEWP VI?
SEWP is designed to provide a broad suite of Information Technology, Communication and Audio-Visual (ITC/AV) solutions and services. Technology is ever-evolving, and SEWP’s processes enable Contract Holders to add new commercial technology and IT services to their contract daily, as requested by customers. SEWP is composed of three (3) scope categories. ORDERING PROCESS
The internal ordering process of each Agency varies. The process and accompanying forms for Purchase Requests (PR) and Delivery Orders (DO) issued against a SEWP contract are defined by the issuing Agency, not the NASA SEWP Program Management Office (PMO). Typically, an end-user determines a requirement and generates a Purchase Request (PR).
HOW TO OBTAIN A QUOTE
Requests for quotes on hardware, software, or services under SD3IT’s NASA SEWP VI Category A or Category C contracts may be submitted to SEWP@SD3IT.com. Quote requests are also welcomed through the SEWP online Quote Request Tool (QRT), which automatically routes to SD3IT when included in a Group or suggested source. POST-DELIVERY SUPPORT & ORDER TROUBLESHOOTING
SD3IT provides support for installation, basic and extended warranty, technical support, software support, and order troubleshooting for orders placed under SD3IT’s NASA SEWP VI Category A and Category C contracts. All support requests should be directed to SEWP@SD3IT.com or (202) 829-1175.
