Contract Overview

SOW A.5.1

NASA SEWP (Solutions for Enterprise-Wide Procurement), pronounced “soup,” provides the latest Information Technology, Communications, and Audio-Visual (ITC/AV) solutions and services to all Federal agencies and their approved contractors. First awarded in 1993 as the federal government’s original Government-Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC), SEWP has evolved across six generations to meet more than 50,000 orders a year, funded entirely through a self-sustaining program usage fee.

Who we are

SD3IT is an information technology Solution Aggregator, bringing both traditional IT and leading edge solutions to Federal agencies and prime contractors. Our dedicated team is ready to serve SEWP customers.

What we bring to SEWP VI

We specialize in understanding the complexity of Federal digital transformation and acting as a solution aggregator to conduct compelling, secure, rapid time-to-mission, and compliant implementations.

Key solution areas include artificial intelligence; data center infrastructure and mobile data centers (MDCs); system design; cyber security; datacenter security; rugged computing; and leading-edge technologies such as Counter-Unmanned Aerial Systems (C-UAS, or “drone killer”) and Quantum-safe encryption.

SD3IT's SEWP VI award is a task/delivery-order contract issued under a multiple-award Government-Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC).

Per FAR 16.505(b)(1), each contract holder is given fair opportunity to be considered for every order exceeding the micro-purchase threshold. The ordering Contracting Officer determines the method of fair opportunity and documents the rationale for source selection and price of each order โ€” SD3IT does not require or request this documentation as part of a quote submission.

The NASA SEWP Quote Request Tool (QRT) is the recommended mechanism for soliciting fair-opportunity quotes and automatically includes eligible Contract Holders within a selected group or suggested source category.

The full Fair Opportunity clause is set forth in the body of SD3IT’s SEWP VI contract. For questions on fair opportunity procedures, contact the NASA SEWP Program Management Office or SD3IT’s program team below.
